Contract Recruiter 1 year assignment!
Our client, a reputable Fortune 500 company in Morris County, is seeking a Contract Recruiter for at least 1 year.
The Recruiter will be involved high level full-life cycle recruiting and will be required to be consultative to hiring managers and senior management. The Recruiter will follow strict recruiting processes and will recruit high level candidates.
The Recruiter will have 5+ years of strategic corporate recruiting experience.
Must be process driven and have the desire to work in a process oriented environment. Must have the ability to form strong relationships with hiring managers and senior management. Strong consultative and strategic recruiting skills required.
Benefits Manager Full Time
The Benefits Manager manages, develops and administers all aspects of the benefits function from a strategic and tactical perspective. Ability to administer the benefits programs while assessing the benefits plans to determine recommendations regarding cost containment and program enhancements. .
Qualifications:
Required
Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of increasingly responsible benefits experience with multi-national companies (corporate and/or consulting).
Experience in leading teams of direct and/or indirect reports in a matrixed work environment.
Strong knowledge of ERISA, benefits laws and regulations.
Understanding of best practices in benefits design and compliance.
Experience with planning and managing vendor relationships.
Experience with program start ups, terminations and mergers.
Strong project management, prioritization and organization skills.
Strong internal consulting and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and analysis.
Ability to work under pressure within short time constraints.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HRIS (Oracle) preferred.
High proficiency with MS Office required
